GSC has a thorough process with due diligence, strategic filters and a robust financial & technical evaluation process prior to investment in any project or venture.

We invest in opportunities with three core fund models for different kinds of investors:

• Development fund model - entailing moderate risk, but yielding high returns.
• Income-yielding model - low risk, but delivering moderate returns.
• Lastly, we also specialize in distressed assets – entailing moderate risk but yielding high returns. In this fund, we turn around low performing assets to high growth assets for supernormal profits.
