Sumit Nanda is based in Singapore and is Chairman of the Private Equity fund The Golden State Capital Pvt Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience working in India and overseas

Sumit is a serial entrepreneur and the person behind many successful ventures such as Dr. Fresh Assets, Golden State Capital, Etc. Currently GSC is active in investments in US & Asia. He has over 10 years of experience of development of Real Estate in India. He has promoted a 65 acre IT-SEZ, in joint venture with Ascendas. He has promoted a 9.5 acre Mixed-Use project currently being developed in sector 82A Gurgaon. He has developed a hotel in Delhi in JV with lemon tree hotels and holds an equity stake in Lemon Tree Hotels. He has been actively purchasing residential and commercial real estate assets in USA.

He started his career with consumer goods and the company promoted by him today owns brands like Binaca , Reach, Fire fly worldwide and is master licensee for Pepsodent and Close-up for USA. In addition, Sumit is also involved in a technology start-up in the health and lifestyle segment.

He is actively involved in charity work in India with The Hans Foundation.

Sumit graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi and Is an alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad.

Naresh Kumra

Naresh has been a CEO and an Investor/Advisor to Entrepreneurs in Asia since 2006.
Naresh joined Jmatek in 2019 through a management buy-in (MBI) to help build a global leader in innovative home comfort solutions, and is an active investor/advisor to early stage companies through his investment firm - La Rochelle Ventures Ltd.

During 2006-12, Naresh was President - Asia Pacific with Belden Inc., an NYSE-listed technology company. He first started as Global Head of Business Development, and co-led Belden's transformation from a Western Specialty Cable company to a Global Automation & IoT Technology company.

Previously, Naresh spent 6 years with McKinsey & Company in New York area. He started his career with Schlumberger’s electronics business, and held several positions in France/India over 6 years.

Naresh has a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, and an MBA from Darden Business School at University of Virginia. Naresh strongly believes in transformational role of education and entrepreneurship in alleviating poverty and reducing income inequality. He is actively engaged with several nonprofit initiatives promoting entrepreneurship, including, TiE (www.tie.org), Indian Angel Network, Entrepreneurship Center at HKUST (www.ec.ust.hk) and others. He is Vice Chair of Global Advisory Council of Darden Business School at University of Virginia, and serves on Board of Trustees of the Darden Foundation. Naresh is also a member of the Parents Advisory Group at Hong Kong International School.
